The butt joint edges of the first structural part and the second structural part are clamped and fixed after being cleaned, the gap between the butt joint edges of the first structural part and the second structural part does not exceed 0.06 mm, and it is guaranteed that the to-be-welded surfaces of the butt joint edges are perpendicular to the axis of a laser beam; the butt joint edges on the two sides are subjected to positioned welding through laser welding, a plurality of positioning connectors are formed along butt joint seams of the butt joint edges, the length of each positioning connector ranges from 20 mm to 50 mm, the interval between every two adjacent positioning connectors ranges from 100 mm to 250 mm, and the laser power of positioned welding is 60%-80% of that during welding; in the welding process, the laser power is |
