Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular to a technology for co-processing wind power generation scrapped materials through an industrial kiln. The organic metal catalytic adsorption filler prepared by the invention is used for catalyzing and adsorbing dioxin in flue gas; dioxin is converted into a more harmless or easier-to-treat compound through catalytic reaction, so that the content of dioxin is reduced; meanwhile, the dioxin can be removed from the flue gas by virtue of the adsorption effect; the conversion comprises fracture of chemical bonds, rearrangement or change of functional groups and the like; through the changes, the toxicity and stability of the dioxin are reduced, so that the dioxin is easier to treat or degrade; meanwhile, due to the adsorption effect, the dioxin is fixed on the catalyst or the adsorbent, so that the dioxin is effectively removed from the flue gas; the method is simple in process and low in investment, adopts plastic, rubber, tires and ot
