Application of BCL11A gene in preparation of medicine for treating skin cancer

The invention discloses an application of a BCL11A gene and/or an encoded product thereof in preparation of drugs for treating skin cancer, especially skin squamous cell carcinoma. According to the application disclosed by the invention, the proliferation, migration and invasion capabilities of tumor cells can be inhibited through overexpression of BCL11A for the first time, and the skin squamous cell carcinoma can be finally improved or treated.
