The hygrometer is used for monitoring the humidity of the soil so as to control the irrigation time and the water consumption, automatic drip irrigation control can be achieved based on the soil to be subjected to drip irrigation and the characteristics of fruits and vegetables, water resource waste is avoided, the labor cost is reduced, and the growth consistency of the fruits and the vegetables is guaranteed while the water requirement of an object to be subjected to drip irrigation is guaranteed.
