The invention discloses a substrate which comprises a first substrate, a first wire, a first organic layer, a first inorganic layer and a second wire. The first wire is located on one side of the first substrate. The first organic layer is located on the side, away from the first substrate, of the first wire; the first organic layer comprises at least one first via hole, and the first via hole exposes the first wire. The first inorganic layer is located on the side, away from the first substrate, of the first organic layer; the first inorganic layer comprises at least one second via hole; the orthographic projection, on the first substrate, of the opening edge, close to one side of the first via hole, of the second via hole roughly coincides with the orthographic projection, on the first substrate, of the opening edge, close to one side of the second via hole, of the first via hole; the second via hole is communicated with the first via hole to form a connecting hole; the ratio of the depth of the connecting
