The method comprises the following steps: training to obtain a decoupling auto-encoder of each modal brain image based on bidirectional reconstruction loss and adversarial loss of each modal brain image data in a training set; respectively inputting the target modal brain image and the auxiliary modal brain image into decoupling auto-encoders of corresponding modals, and extracting target encoding information of the target modal brain image and auxiliary encoding information of the auxiliary modal brain image; performing forward and reverse noise processing based on the target coding information and the auxiliary coding information to generate updated target coding information of the target modal brain image; and inputting the updated target coding information into a decoupling auto-encoder of the target modal brain image, and outputting the target modal super-resolution
