Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of mine production, and particularly relates to a filling and stoping method and construction device for mine intelligent construction, and the construction device comprises a first floating body, a floating column body and a supporting platform; the first floating body floats on the liquid surface and is fixedly arranged; the floating column body can vertically slide to penetrate through the first floating body, the top of the floating column body is fixedly connected with the supporting platform, and the wind driven generator is installed at the top of the supporting platform; the first floating body is of a hollow structure, a piston is arranged in the first floating body, a driving part used for pushing the piston to move up and down is arranged on the supporting platform, and the piston is used for moving up and down to adjust buoyancy of the floating cylinder so as to lift the supporting platform; the buoyancy of the floating column body can be adjusted through vertica
