The lactobacillus johnsonii disclosed by the invention is separated from vaginal secretion of healthy women, and has the effects of repairing immune disorder caused by vaginitis and skin aging of mice with vaginitis, specifically, the content of cell supernatant IL-1beta is reduced; the mouse vagina inflammation reaction is improved; the TLR-4 mRNA expression and the vagina tissue TNF-alpha level are reduced; the anti-aging capability of the mouse skin is enhanced; MAPK/AP-1/MMP-1 mRNA expression is down-regulated; the content of Col I and Col III in the skin is increased; the pathological characterization of the vagina of the mouse is improved; the pathogenic bacterium load is reduced.
