The invention relates to a coal chemical industry oil product fractionation heating system and method.The system comprises a dephenolization tower system and a pressurization tower system, the dephenolization tower system comprises a dephenolization tower, a centrifugal machine, a phenol ammonia water tank and a raw material buffer tank, the raw material buffer tank is communicated with a dehydration tank, and a pipeline for communicating the raw material buffer tank and the dehydration tank is further connected with a multi-hydrocarbon raw material pipeline; the dehydration tank is communicated with the dephenolization tower; the top of the dephenolization tower is communicated with a dephenolization tower top return tank; the dephenolization tower top return tank is communicated with a torch or a fuel gas system, a phenol ammonia water tank and a light hydrocarbon tank area; the middle section of the dephenolizing tower is communicated with a reflux pipeline; the bottom of the dephenolizing tower is communi
