Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of organic synthesis, and particularly relates to a synthetic method of 2-chloro-1, 4-phenylenediamine. The method comprises the following steps: 1, oxidizing chlorobenzene serving as a raw material with hydrogen peroxide under the catalysis of a copper-containing catalyst to form an intermediate (I) 2-chloro-1, 4-benzoquinone; and 2, firstly carrying out oximation reaction on the intermediate (I) obtained in the step 1 and hydroxylamine hydrochloride, and then carrying out hydrogenation reduction aromatization under the catalysis of a transition metal-containing catalyst to form the product 2-chloro-1, 4-phenylenediamine by a one-pot method. The method has the advantages of simple operation, mild conditions, high yield, less three wastes, and easy realization of industrial production. 本发明属于有机合成领域,具体涉及一种2-氯-1,4-苯二胺的合成方法。步骤1:以氯苯为原料,在含铜催化剂催化下用双氧水氧化,形成中间体(I)2-氯-1,4-苯醌;步骤2:步骤1得到的中间体(I)与盐酸羟胺首先进行肟化反应,然后在含过渡金属催化剂催化下,加氢还原芳构化,一锅法形成产品2-氯-1,4-苯二胺。本发明操作简便,条件温和,收率高,三废少,容易实现工业化生产。
