Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a high-toughness cement-based composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the cement-based composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of cement; 300 to 400 parts of a mineral admixture; 300 to 500 parts of machine-made sand; 10-20 parts of an organic fiber material; 0.2 to 1.0 part of a water reducing agent; 2-35 parts of a modified material; the modified material is one or a combination of more of a polymer, a silane coupling agent and hydrated silicon dioxide. The high-toughness cement-based composite material prepared by taking the cement and the mineral admixture as gel materials, adopting the machine-made sand as aggregate to completely replace quartz sand, adding a specific modified material to improve a microstructure in the material and assisting with an organic fiber material has excellent compressive strength and bending strength, also has excellent bonding performance, and can be used for prepa
