Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to overall monitoring of a high-temperature fresh water cooling system, in particular to a method for evaluating the running state of a ship high-temperature fresh water cooling system. The high-temperature fresh water cooling system mainly comprises a cylinder sleeve water buffer cabinet, a cylinder sleeve cooling water discharge cabin, a cylinder sleeve cooling water pump, a cylinder sleeve water preheating pump, a cylinder sleeve water preheating device and a cylinder sleeve water cooler. By processing data signals collected in the system, combining operation characteristics of the system and equipment and utilizing logical judgment and analytic hierarchy process data processing, health state evaluation of the high-temperature fresh water cooling system is achieved, health state evaluation of the whole system is completed through a comprehensive evaluation and analysis method, and according to actual ship data test verification, the health state of the high-temperature fresh water coo
