Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a carbon-free gouging and back gouging double-wire submerged arc automatic welding method for a wind power tower drum, which mainly comprises the following steps of: 1, processing a weld groove which is an X-shaped groove with a groove angle of 60 +/-5 degrees; a weld joint is preheated before welding, the preheating temperature is controlled to be 80-110 DEG C, steam in a steel plate is removed, and high-temperature hydrogen ions are prevented from generating welding air holes; gas shield welding is firstly adopted for backing welding, then double-wire submerged arc welding is adopted for multi-layer and multi-pass welding, and finally cosmetic welding is conducted. According to the construction method, the labor intensity of welders is effectively relieved, the construction cost is reduced, meanwhile, the carbon gouging back gouging procedure is omitted, and the construction efficiency is improved.
