New application of FGL1 antibody, IL-6 antibody and FBXO38

The invention belongs to the field of tumor treatment, and particularly relates to novel application of an FGL1 antibody, an IL-6 antibody and FBXO38. Animal experiments find that the treatment effect is very obvious when FGL1 and IL-6 antibodies are combined in FBXO38 knockout tumor: in a mouse body, compared with a control group, the size of the tumor can be remarkably controlled and the lifetime of the mouse can be prolonged by independently using the FGL1 antibody, and the treatment effect of the FGL1 antibody is further improved by combining FBXO38 knockout and the FGL1 antibody; the invention provides a new strategy for diagnosis, treatment and staging of tumors. 本发明属于肿瘤治疗领域，具体涉及FGL1抗体、IL-6抗体及FBXO38的新应用。本发明通过动物实验，发现在FBXO38敲除肿瘤中联用FGL1和IL-6抗体治疗效果非常明显：在小鼠体内，与对照组相比，单独使用FGL1抗体能显著控制肿瘤大小并延长小鼠生存期，将FBXO38敲除与FGL1抗体联用进一步提升了FGL1抗体治疗的效果；本发明为肿瘤的诊断、治疗、分期提供新的策略。
