The manufacturing method of the perovskite layer comprises the following steps: providing a substrate of a to-be-manufactured perovskite layer; preparing a perovskite precursor wet film on a substrate by using the perovskite precursor solution; performing vacuum drying treatment on the perovskite precursor wet film to form a perovskite precursor dry film; and performing thermal solvent annealing on the perovskite precursor dry film to form a perovskite layer.
