The power supply and communication system comprises power supply equipment and the LED lamp, the power supply equipment is connected with the LED lamp through a network cable; wherein the maximum transmission voltage of each network cable is greater than the maximum transmission voltage of the POE power supply line; an MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit) control module is arranged in the LED lamp; the power supply equipment is used for outputting an external power supply to the LED lamp, supplying power to the LED lamp, and sending a corresponding network signal to the MCU control module, so that network communication between the power supply equipment and the LED lamp is realized; and the MCU control module is used for controlling the input external power supply to supply power to the LED lamp, receiving a network signal sent by power supply equipment and performing network communication with the power supply equipment.
