The method comprises the steps of judging whether the number of network nodes reaches a preset pressure value or not when a network access instruction that a new node applies for network access is received; if the number of the network nodes does not reach the preset pressure value, determining a corresponding authorization signature by using the authorization key so as to allow the new node to access the network according to the authorization signature; if the number of the network nodes reaches a preset pressure value, fragment authorization signatures corresponding to the child nodes are determined by using the authorization key fragments; and aggregating the fragment authorization signatures to obtain an authorization signature, and sending the authorization signature to the central node so as to allow the new node to access the network according to the authoriza
