Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of electromechanical engineering, and particularly relates to a generator motor braking method suitable for compressed air energy storage, which comprises the following steps: by utilizing the structural characteristics of two sets of windings of a brushless doubly-fed generator motor, when a unit needs to be braked, injecting a control signal into a control winding to gradually reduce the rotating speed of the generator to the lowest working rotating speed; a unit excitation control signal and an access network side converter signal are removed for electric braking and energy recovery, when the rotating speed of an engine is reduced to 10% of the rated rotating speed, electric braking is canceled, mechanical braking is adopted, and stable speed reduction and energy recovery of the variable-speed compressed air energy storage power station without depending on additional equipment are achieved. The method is especially suitable for a working environment including a
