The method comprises the following steps: acquiring equivalent parameters of the system and a reactive power compensation strategy of a main transformer and a near area of the alternating-current transformer substation in real time; calculating a to-be-solved electrical quantity of the system based on the known electrical quantity; judging the flow direction of reactive power in the to-be-solved electrical quantity, and when the reactive power is judged to be greater than 0, executing reactive compensation strategy adjustment when the reactive power flows to a main transformer bus from a near area of the alternating-current transformer substation; when it is judged that the reactive power is smaller than 0, reactive compensation strategy adjustment is executed when the reactive power flows from a main transformer bus of the alternating cu
