Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a terahertz high-chirality broadband scanning radiation source and a control method thereof. The high-chirality broadband scanning radiation source is located in a vacuum cavity, and based on the intrinsic characteristics of evanescent waves, the high-chirality broadband scanning radiation source of the terahertz frequency band is achieved; a coupling grating is arranged on one side of an excitation grating supporting artificial surface plasmon to generate a high-chirality terahertz source consistent with SSP in rotation, so that the problems of terahertz device shortage and terahertz wave strong diffraction are effectively avoided; according to the invention, a broadband beam scanning function can be realized, and the flexibility of the system is improved; the structure composition is simple, a redundant feed network is abandoned, and the complexity of the system is reduced; the chirality of the free space radiation wave is only related to the relative position of the excitation grati
