The method comprises a centering method of a test system, and construction and implementation of a static test and fatigue test system. The centering method is characterized in that a test system is built, the test system comprises a portal frame and an axial load loading system, the portal frame is composed of a foundation platform, stand columns, a lower triangular frame, an upper triangular frame and a cross beam, the axial load loading system is composed of a switching tool, a servo hydraulic cylinder, a force sensor, an upper hydraulic wedge-shaped clamp, a lower hydraulic wedge-shaped clamp and a base, and two optical axes form a centering target piece.
