The preparation method of the wave-absorbing material comprises the four steps of silver nanowire synthesis, stirring crosslinking, freeze drying and high-temperature carbonization. The wave-absorbing agent has the characteristics of excellent wave-absorbing performance and light weight, and the silver nanowire composite aerogel is light in weight and small in density, so that the practicability of the wave-absorbing agent is effectively improved. The microwave absorbing material prepared by the invention is high in absorbing strength, relatively wide in effective absorbing bandwidth, simple and convenient in preparation process, relatively low in cost, high in product stability and suitable for large-scale batch production.
