Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a flame-retardant polyethylene cable material and a preparation method thereof, and the flame-retardant polyethylene cable material is composed of polyethylene, silicone oil, epoxidized soybean oil, dicumyl peroxide, polyvinyl chloride, aluminum diethylphosphinate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hypophosphite, talcum powder, zinc borate and chitosan cooperating with silane to modify antimony trioxide. According to the flame-retardant cable material disclosed by the invention, the thermal change property and mechanical property of polyethylene can be improved, so that a cable can pass a bunched combustion experiment, and the technical problems of large smoke generation amount, toxicity generation and secondary damage during combustion of antimony trioxide are solved by adding chitosan and cooperating with silane to modify antimony trioxide, so that the flame-retardant property of the cable material is effectively improved, and the flame-retardant property of the cable material is improved. |
