Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-temperature-ablation-resistant dimensional phenolic aldehyde aerogel and a preparation method thereof.The method comprises the steps that a mixed solution of phenolic aldehyde sol and nanocrystalline dispersion liquid serves as a sol reaction solution, in the gradient heating sol-gel and aging process, phenolic aldehyde can be synchronously subjected to sol-gel along with nanocrystalline, and finally a lap joint structure with the nanocrystalline as the lap joint structure can be formed; and phenolic aldehyde is used as a coating structure of the double-skeleton structure. According to the double-skeleton structure, the overall strength of the aerogel is effectively improved, and the resistance to capillary force in the aerogel skeleton in the normal-pressure drying process is ensured. The method has the characteristics of simplicity in operation, no need of supercritical drying, suitability for industrial production and the like, and is expected to be applied to micro-ablation
