Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular biology breeding, and particularly relates to application of a chaenomeles latifolia KcHTR3 gene to improvement of environmental stress resistance of organisms, environmental stress is selected from at least one of high-temperature stress, low-temperature stress and salt stress, and a cDNA sequence of the chaenomeles latifolia KcHTR3 gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 or a protein sequence coded by the chaenomeles latifolia KcHTR3 gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2. According to the invention, a broad-spectrum stress-resistant KcHTR3 gene capable of making positive response to stress of various environmental factors is found from akebia trifoliata, an application of the gene in improvement of environmental stress resistance of an organism is provided, and a transgenic organism overexpressing the KcHTR3 gene has enhanced tolerance to high temperature, low temperature and high salt stress; the method has a good application prospect in the aspect of cultivating |
