The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, sequentially adding a metal catalyst, a chiral ligand, alkali, isatin-derived trifluoromethyleneimine ylide and 3-methylene beta-lactam; adding an organic solvent to obtain a mixture, and stirring the mixture at the reaction temperature of 0-50 DEG C; and 2, after the reaction is finished, carrying out post-treatment and separation to obtain the chiral [oxoindole-pyrrolidine-beta-lactam] bis-spiro compound containing trifluoromethyl.
