The bulk activated carbon transport vehicle comprises a vehicle head, a vehicle frame and a tank body installed on the upper rear portion of the vehicle frame, and further comprises a dust remover installed between the vehicle head and the tank body; the air cooling mechanism is mounted between the vehicle head and the tank body and is arranged below the dust remover; the air compressor is mounted below the frame and is communicated with the air cooling mechanism through an air pipe; a plurality of groups of weighing modules are arranged, and the weighing modules are all mounted between the tank body and the frame; the tank body is respectively communicated with a material conveying pipeline, a compressed air pipeline and a dust removal pipeline; and adjustable pulses are mounted on the material conveying pipeline and the compressed air pipeline. Through pulse positive pressure pneumatic conveying, new activated carbon is conveyed to a designated carbon box position, and waste activated carbon obtained after
