The method comprises the steps of detecting motor rotating speed in real time; if the rotating speed of the motor is smaller than a rotating speed threshold value, a fixed torque parameter and a current output torque of the motor are obtained; determining a target timing step length based on the fixed torque parameter and the current output torque; obtaining the last timing duration; determining the current target timing duration according to the last timing duration and the target timing step length; and performing protection control on the motor according to the target timing duration.
