A liquid ejection head according to an embodiment includes a nozzle portion, a diaphragm, a plurality of pressure chambers, a supply-side flow path, a discharge-side flow path, and an actuator portion. The plurality of pressure chambers are respectively communicated with the plurality of nozzles. The supply-side flow path is provided on one side of the plurality of pressure chambers in one direction. The discharge-side flow path is provided on the other side of the pressure chamber in the one direction, and has a flow path resistance equal to that of the supply-side flow path.
