Zusammenfassung:According to the milling cutter wear monitoring single-source domain generalization method constrained by the discontinuous characteristics, the discontinuous characteristics in the milling cutter machining process are quantified by utilizing technological parameters, cutter structure parameters and the signal sampling rate, an attention module is constructed on the basis, self-adaptive extraction of the discontinuous characteristics is achieved, and the generalization accuracy of the milling cutter wear monitoring single-source domain is improved. Signal segments irrelevant to tool abrasion are restrained; in addition, a generation module is constructed based on discontinuous characteristics and is used for enhancing diversity of source domain signal characteristics; and meanwhile, a standard trend sample meeting discontinuous characteristics is constructed and is used for constraining the consistency between generated characteristics and real signals.
