Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a laser-induced arc flexible heat source all-position automatic welding method for a circular ring structure, which comprises the following steps: assembling a to-be-welded circular ring component, so that the butt joint gap and misalignment size of the to-be-welded circular ring component are within a reasonable range; a water-cooling copper liner with a forming groove is laid on the back face of the to-be-welded part, and meanwhile it is ensured that a welding seam is aligned with the center line of the forming groove; a water inlet and a water outlet of the copper liner are connected with a water pipe; a laser-induced arc flexible welding heat source is adopted, and proper welding parameters are selected for welding according to the position of the circular ring; and removing the copper liner after welding.
