Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of pet food, in particular to high-protein low-temperature baked pet food and a production process thereof. Chilled fresh chicken and the like are cooked, squeezed and dried to prepare fine particle jerky, in the process, part of protein liquid obtained through squeezing is matched with hot gas of a drying machine to be subjected to low-temperature evaporation concentration and reutilization, and the concentrated protein liquid is subjected to low-temperature baking and then is sprayed to the surfaces of particle grains in a vacuum mode to complete absorption. And the residual protein liquid is adopted for material mixing before granulation so as to achieve the conditions of humidity and viscosity of blank making. Compared with a puffing process, the low-temperature baking process can obtain the pet food with higher protein content, the effective components of the raw materials are fully utilized, and the cost is indirectly reduced.
