Zusammenfassung: | The composite array has two two-dimensional arrays on a substrate, each two-dimensional array having two rows of LEDs. The LEDs in each array have the same orientation as all other LEDs in the array. A first electrical trace sequentially couples each LED in the first and second strings by alternating between rows of each of the first and second arrays starting from a diagonal of the composite array. A second electrical trace couples ends of the first and second strings across rows of the composite array. Third electrical traces are routed outside the composite array and are respectively coupled to a starting point of a first string of a row of the composite array including the starting point of the first string, a starting point of a second string of the other row, an end of a first LED string of the other row, and electrodes of LEDs located in the other row.
