Welding and deburring system with cryogenic cooling

A welding and deburring system for joining a first workpiece and a second workpiece to each other is provided. The system includes a friction stir welding tool for joining a first workpiece and a second workpiece to each other at a weld seam. The system also includes a deburring tool attached to the friction stir welding tool and removing material flashes generated at the weld seam.
