Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power supplier electricity and carbon market decision-making method and system considering cash flow, relates to the field of decision-making optimization of an electricity market and a carbon trading market of an electric power enterprise, and solves the problem of collaborative decision-making of the electricity market and the carbon market of the electric power enterprise and the problem of cash flow modeling. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a full-year perspective electricity-carbon market random decision model with cash flow constraint; then adopting mixed time step modeling to reduce decision variables on the premise of describing a cash settlement period, and simplifying a multi-stage stochastic optimization model into a two-stage stochastic optimization model to facilitate solving; and finally, adding a carbon market one-way transaction rule to solve the problem of frequent speculation transaction in the second stage of the traditional two-stage model,
