According to the method, a high performance liquid chromatography method is adopted, triolein is taken as an internal reference substance, correction factors of triolein and other lipid components are established, and the concentrations of various to-be-detected components in the lipid in the ganoderma lucidum spore oil are calculated by utilizing the correction factors.
