The double-distance and double-speed linear module comprises a guide rail, a base sliding along the guide rail, a first transmission assembly and a second transmission assembly which are arranged on the base, and a driving device for driving the first transmission assembly and the second transmission assembly to move. The first transmission assembly comprises a first lead screw and a first lead screw nut seat; the second transmission assembly comprises a second lead screw and a second lead screw nut seat; the first lead screw and the second lead screw are opposite in thread turning direction and are arranged on the base in parallel in the length direction of the guide rail.
