The injection system comprises a low-viscosity clean fuel injection subsystem, and the low-viscosity clean fuel injection subsystem comprises a low-viscosity clean fuel pressure building unit and a low-viscosity clean fuel high-pressure injector; the control oil subsystem comprises a high-pressure control oil pump set unit, a high-pressure control oil pressure storage module, a control oil common rail pipe and a control oil flow limiting valve, and a flow path of the control oil is set as follows: after being pressurized by the high-pressure control oil pump set unit, the control oil flows to the control oil common rail pipe of the high-pressure control oil pressure storage module to be subjected to pressure storage; then the fuel flows to a pilot control valve of the low-viscosity clean fuel high-pressure injector through a control oil flow limiting valve; and the high cetane number fuel injection subsystem comprises a hi
