Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing a lead-free piezoelectric coating by using a vacuum cold spraying technology, which comprises the following steps: S1) mixing raw materials according to a chemical formula K1-xNaxNbO3, and carrying out high-temperature treatment to obtain lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powder; x ranges from 0.3 to 0.7; s2) carrying out ball milling treatment on the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powder to obtain treated lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powder; and S3) spraying the treated lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powder on the surface of a substrate through a vacuum cold spraying technology to obtain the lead-free piezoelectric coating.
