Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a 5083 aluminum alloy O-state plate for deep drawing. The problem that a hot-rolled 5083 aluminum alloy O-state plate manufactured through an existing method is prone to cracking during punching is solved. The method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing raw materials according to the weight percentage of Mn, Mg, Cr and Al elements, and smelting; 2, carrying out homogenizing annealing after casting, and carrying out hot rolling until the thickness is 8.0 mm; thirdly, after annealing, the rolling thickness of cold rolling is 5.0 mm or 6.0 mm; and 4, annealing a finished product after cold rolling. The process is simplified, and consumption and equipment investment are saved; compared with air cushion furnace heat treatment, the material can also achieve matched strength and plasticity through deformation-heat treatment. After the 5083 aluminum alloy plate with the thickness of 5.0 mm and 6.0 mm and subjected to about 25% cold deformation is annealed, the d
