Steel plate heat preservation and cooling control system and method

The invention provides a steel plate heat preservation and cooling control system and method. The steel plate heat preservation and cooling control system comprises a heat preservation burial pit body, a movable cover system and a temperature control system. A thermal insulation isolation retaining wall is arranged in the thermal insulation burial pit main body and is used for dividing the internal space of the thermal insulation burial pit main body into at least two burial cooling areas; the movable cover system comprises at least two cover plates, and the cover plates correspond to the slow cooling areas so as to open or close the corresponding slow cooling areas; the temperature control system comprises a temperature measuring device, a cooling device and a heating device, the temperature measuring device is used for acquiring temperature information of each slow cooling area, the cooling device and the heating device are used for adjusting the temperature of the slow cooling areas based on the temperatur
