Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an enzyme cocktail prepared on the basis of shallow tray fermentation of endogenous chaetomium globosum and application of the enzyme cocktail. The enzyme cocktail is prepared from chaetomium globosum with the name of Chaetomium globosum DX-THS3 in a shallow tray fermentation mode. The enzyme cocktail is used for hydrolyzing lignocellulose in biomass, such as corncob, corn straw, rice straw or wheat straw. Through shallow tray fermentation, the fermentation period can be shortened, the enzyme yield can be increased, and meanwhile, the enzyme cocktail has relatively high hydrolysis performance on biomass such as corncobs, corn straws, rice straws and wheat straws.
