Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a recombinant retrovirus and a construction method of a light-chain amyloidosis animal model, and relates to the technical field of construction of light-chain amyloidosis animal models. A cMYC gene, a KRAS mutant gene and a pathogenic light chain protein coding gene are constructed into a retroviral vector, then non-human animal B cells are transformed, and then the transformed non-human animal B cells are transfused back into a receptor non-human animal, so that the receptor non-human animal can gradually develop into a plasma cell population or plasma cytoma secreting pathogenic light chain protein. The survival time of the non-human animal model is obviously prolonged, light-chain proteins can be continuously generated and secreted, and the occurrence and development process of light-chain amyloidosis and related phenotypes can be better simulated. Therefore, an animal model is provided for researching related pathogenic mechanisms and targeted drugs of pathogenic plasma cells.
