Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a paecilomyces hepialid liquid fermentation culture medium for high-yield cordycepin. The culture medium comprises one or two of a metabolic additive and pyruvic acid. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the yield of the paecilomyces hepialid strain mycelium, the active product cordycepin and the adenosine is further improved by precisely regulating and controlling a liquid fermentation culture medium and a fermentation process. After the paecilomyces hepialid strain is fermented in a culture medium containing beta-alanine with the final concentration of 1000 mg/L or adenine with the final concentration of 10 mg/L under the optimal fermentation process condition, the yield of cordycepin in each liter of liquid fermentation culture medium is increased by about four times compared with that under the unoptimized condition.
