Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of veterinary biological products, particularly relates to prevention of animal diseases, and more particularly relates to screening of dominant epitopes of Senecavirus A conserved immune antigens. According to the invention, T cell immune epitopes of two conservative non-structural proteins 2C and 3AB of Senecavius A (Senecavius A, SVA) are screened to obtain the T cell epitope polypeptide of the non-structural protein of SVA, and the screened antigen epitope polypeptide can activate very strong cellular immune response, has a good immune effect, generates a better neutralizing antibody and generates complete protection. 本发明属于兽医生物制品领域,具体的涉及动物疾病预防,更具体涉及塞内卡病毒A保守免疫抗原优势表位的筛选。本发明通过筛选塞内卡病毒A(Senecavirus A,SVA)两种保守的非结构蛋白2C、3AB的T细胞免疫抗原表位,得到的SVA非结构蛋白T细胞表位多肽,筛选出的抗原表位多肽,能激活很强的细胞免疫应答,且免疫效果良好,产生了更好的中和性抗体以及产生了完全的保护。
