Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of a material intermediate, in particular to a synthesis method of 4, 4 '-p-phenylenedioxy diphthalic anhydride. The preparation method comprises the following steps: condensing hydroquinone serving as a raw material and p-nitrophthalonitrile under an alkaline condition to generate an intermediate, and further hydrolyzing and dehydrating to obtain anhydride, thereby obtaining the 4, 4 '-p-phenylenedioxybisphphthalic anhydride. Compared with the prior art, the synthesis method is mild in condition, short in step, high in yield, simple and convenient to operate and environment-friendly. 本发明涉及材料中间体的制备方法,特别涉及一种4,4'-对苯二氧双邻苯二甲酸酐的合成方法。以对苯二酚为原料与对硝基邻苯二甲腈,在碱性条件下缩合生成中间体,然后进一步经水解、脱水成酐,即得4,4'-对苯二氧双邻苯二甲酸酐。同现有技术相比,该合成方法条件温和,步骤短,收率高,操作简便,且对环境友好。
