Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of tris (hydroxyalkyl) methylamine and an intermediate, and belongs to the field of organic synthesis. The invention provides a novel intermediate, namely a compound 4, for synthesizing tris (hydroxyalkyl) methylamine, and the compound 4 is sequentially reacted with ozone and a reducing agent to obtain a novel intermediate compound 5; and then carrying out amino deprotection to obtain a target product tri (hydroxyalkyl) methylamine as shown in a formula 6. The method is simpler and more suitable for industrialization, and a series of tris (hydroxyalkyl) methylamine can be obtained only by changing the carbon chain length of the raw material. # imgabs0 #
