According to the technological process, gravels in the sand washing water can be removed to the maximum extent, the PH value of the sand washing water can be kept neutral, the sand washing water treated through the process can be directly circulated to mechanical sand making equipment, and the recycling efficiency of the sand washing water is improved. 本发明公开了一种机械制砂水循环利用工艺流程,包括依次串联的旋流除砂器、缓冲池、混合池一、混合池二、反应池、分开管沉淀池及蓄水池。本发明的工艺流程能够最大化的去除掉洗砂水中的砂砾,且能够使洗砂水的PH值保持在中性,使得经过本工艺处理后的洗砂水可以直接循环到机械制砂设备上,提供洗砂水的再利用效率。
