The invention provides a preparation method of a wet-process phosphoric acid defluorination agent, which comprises the following steps of: reacting by-product fluosilicic acid generated in a wet-process phosphoric acid production process with calcium carbonate to obtain a solution containing an active silicon dioxide component, gelling and curing the solution, and dehydrating to obtain the phosphoric acid defluorination agent for wet-process phosphoric acid production.
