A heat exchanger for a vehicle heat management system includes a first cooling circuit and a second cooling circuit separate from the first cooling circuit; wherein the heat exchanger is configured to enable thermal coupling of the heat management first cooling circuit and the second cooling circuit; wherein, in the coupled state, the first cooling circuit, the second cooling circuit, and the heat exchanger are configured such that heat can be dissipated from one or more vehicle elements of the vehicle to the first cooling circuit, and further from the first cooling circuit to the second cooling circuit via the heat exchanger, and wherein, in the coupled state, the first cooling circuit, the second cooling circuit, and the heat exchanger are coupled to the first cooling circuit.
